Join us for this ONE day event. A morning yoga ritual followed by early EXCLUSIVE access to our floral art installation "Flower Wall" created on site by Creekside Growers. Indulge in an energizing yoga flow surrounded by the spectacular fields of dahlias in full bloom. Your experience begins with an all-levels yoga flow practice designed to energize your body and mind, while honouring the beauty and growth that surrounds us. Explore the incredible dahlia field and create your own vibrant bouquet cutting your own dahlias. Indulge in early and exclusive access to Creekside's annual Flower Wall art installation. Photos encouraged - we will hype you up and help you find that perfect pose! As a thank you for joining us in this beautifully curated experience, a complimentary vegan/gluten free breakfast bowl from Sage Twist will be provided and a gift from Pure Verde Skincare.
 
*Please bring your own mat and water bottle. Optional to bring a blanket to place under your mat for outdoor practice
*Rain or shine event. Practice will be relocated indoors on the farm if weather requires
*Please arrive between 8:10am-8:30am. Parking available at the entrance of the farm. We will walk to our practice location together.
