All orders are processed when payment has been received. Packaging and shipping begins in April and continues until the second week in May. You will receive notification by email when your order has been shipped so you know approximately when to expect it. Please check your email and spam folders regularly to avoid missing the notice.

All tubers and roots will include  the variety name, and be boxed and shipped using best practices.

Shipping prices are quoted in the final price in the "my cart' section. All orders will be charged a flat rate of $15

Please be advised, we will not refund product that has frozen. We do our best to prevent this from happening. We watch weather patterns and ship when temperatures allow. Some product will ship as early as the beginning of March, others as late as the last week of April. We send shipping notifications through the carrier which allows you to track your shipment. So please check you email regularly in April and May


If you have a community mailbox it is your responsibility to check it regularly to avoid product being frozen in cold overnight temperaturesSometimes the emails that get sent out are redirected by customer email accounts to SPAM folders or promotions folders. There is nothing we can do about that and as such it is the customer who must do their due diligence to make sure their package is not left in a community mailbox.

If your dahlias do not grow please contact us by the June 30. Please include pictures of the faulty product with an explanation of how it was grown. Dahlia tubers are living things and we try our best to send you high quality product but if there is a problem that originated with the product we sold you we will be happy to issue you a credit toward a future purchase. 

Dahlias that are not grown per our instructions will not be warrantied or guaranteed to grow. As such no refunds or credits will be offered.
